She Likes ... A Fascinator

After the Royal Wedding extravaganza there is one thing that stands out - seeing all the wedding guests in their amazing outfits! The best part (apart from the dress of course) is people watching to see who is there and what their wearing - and what they've got on their head!! Weddings are one of the only times other than graduation that we can walk around with something ridiculous on our heads and it seems normal!

The understated look - This is probably for the girl who is new to fascinators and needs something simple and classy. Love this John Lewis one as you dont need to worry about clips and hair slides!

The posh hat look - Its not quite a hat and its not quite a fascinator - but it looks fab and makes you stand out from the crowd! Love this one Zara Phillips is wearing below for Wills and Kate's wedding, she must have spotted this one from Accessorize and got her own just like it!

The floral look - The is perfect for everyone as every wedding outfit looks fab with some floral accessories! This one is for the slightly braver girl who is happy to balance  something a bit larger on her head but there are loads of smaller flower slides and clips as well! This one from Very is perfect in neutral colours! (and a bit of a bargain!)

But with funds tight and any spare money being saved for holidays, days out and planning summer activities - an easy - money friendly hot weather wardrobe is needed! She Likes ... Shoes

Heres a few more snaps from the AW preview show!

Ermanno Scervino's collection of shoes are amazing! So many colours and amazing styles! Love these above with the contrast binding, splatter prints and a flash of yellow! Other key colours from the collection were: gold, black, cream, red, metallic teal and pink.

The Tucker shoes looked fab in pastel colours back with tan and cream. Love the ice cream pinks and yellows! Here they have used vintage inspired shapes and apply fresh colours and prints for up to date classic styles.

Kate Spade was all about the girly glam with glitter heels and satin bows - gold trims and party pinks were complimented by mirrored tiles, pearls and pretty dresses. The girly feel still had a hand made edge with tea cups, make up bagss and dishes is softer colours along side the key brights - love this range!

She Likes ... Tracey Neuls Shoes

Its always exiting discovering new shops but when they are right on your door step and sell amazing shoes - its worth shouting about! Tracey Neuls is a little boutique just up from Bond Street selling Tracey's collection TN_29. The interior of the shop is refreshingly spacious however there seems to be so much to look at - wooden tables and chairs were laid for a dinner of shoes and strawberries! The AW collection shows a new take on shape and texture with a mix of leather, wood and rubber in a range of styles including anckle boots and brogues - which are amazing! One of the first things you notice about the shoes is how comfortable they look - not sure whether its the soft leathers or the built in support but I'm sure these are shoes that will never rub or hurt after a day on your feet! Sign me up!

Today I was lucky enough to go along to the Starworks AW11 show and one of my absolute favorites was the pieces by Jonathan Saunders - the colours, as you can see below are fab - with a mix of neon brights and neutrals the collection has depth across range! The geo prints in brights sit back with jackets that use a mixture of brushed fabrics and wovens.

Theres a new lingerie shop in town and its looking like some serious competition for the likes of La Senza and M+S! Theo Paphitis' Boux Avenue opened today after much anticipation and sneak peaks on their blog over the last few weeks - and the whole collection does not disappoint! With lovely satins, ruffles, lace and basics there is something for everyone! They even stock sleepwear and loungewear with the swimwear still to come - I cant wait to see what they will have for us for the summer! Flagship stores are opening from today and over the next week in Bluewater, Lakeside, St Davids, The Trafford Centre and Meadowhall but I'm sure it wont be long before we see a few more pop up!
